+ Why am I frequently logged out?

We are aware of this issue with the new authentication provider for the Nandoca App. We are trying to resolve it with our third party provider.
+ I FORGOT MY PASSWORD
=============================
All Nandocas should be able to reset their password by following this guide OR through the help link when you sign into a Nandoca related system or app (see image below).
+ I need to unlock my account

If you are struggling to remember your password and have entered it incorrectly too many times, your account will lock. Please wait 20 minutes and your account will auto-unlock and you will be able to try again. Please see guide
If you do not remember your memorable answer, please log a new support ticket using the “I have a log in issue with Nandoca ID (including Workday)” form.
+ I keep returning to the login page?

Please check your phone is set to the current local timezone and within 10min of the current time. We do not recommend manually setting the time on your phone.
+ I Tap login button, nothing occurs?

1 Most common - check your default browser (under phone settings) is set to Safari or Chrome. These are our supported browsers for Nandoca App.
2 Please wait…as frustrating as it is, we’ve noticed some phone models take longer to load the page!
3 Clear your app cache - see the instructions below on how to do this. It may vary slightly depending on your device.
Clearing cache for iPhone (can also uninstall and reinstall app):
- Go to Settings
- Tap General
- Tap iPhone Storage.
- Tap Enable next to Offload Unused Apps.
- Tap the App Tap "Offload App"
Clearing cache for Android:
- Go to the Settings
- Tap the App
- Tap "Storage" within the app info.
- Tap "Clear cache"
- Tap "Delete" when a dialog box appears asking if you're sure you want to clear all app cache.
+ IS MY PHONE SUPPORTED?

We support iOS and many Android smartphones. We support the following versions of iOS (12.0 and later) and Android (6.0 and later).
iOS users can find out what software version they have by following the instructions here. Android users can find out by going to this link on their Android device.
+ HOW DO I publish A NEWS STORY?

If you have a news story that you’d like to publish in your restaurant speak to your Patrao – they have the ability to write and publish stories for you.
If you want to send out a story to all of the Nando’s family, send it to communications@nandos.co.uk where a member of the Nandoca Communications team will discuss it with you.
+ How do I publish the app rota?

To publish the rota on the app press the "commit" button in the rota tool once you're done creating the rota. For detailed information about how the rota tool works with the app click here.
+ I received A new shift NOTIFICATION BUT WHEN I viewed it, NOTHING HAD CHANGED?

The app uses notifications to let you know when a new rota is published, or when changes to your rota are made. Sometimes the app team will send notifications about new features as well, but we don’t do it very often.
If a rota manager publishes a rota that’s too far in the future to be shown on the app, or accidentally publishes a rota for a date that’s in the past, you will receive one of these confusing notifications.
